項目概況： 該項目是深圳市“十二五＂戰略性新興產業園區重點項目，
是高新產業園區優化升級的標桿項目、投融資體制改革的示范項目。
深圳市軟件產業基地由18棟2-28層單體建筑組成，總占地面積12.30萬平米，
總建筑面積62萬平米，業態主要分為研發辦公、SOHO商務辦公、員工配套
公寓及裙樓底商。

the Twelveth 5-years Plans of Shenzhen, it’s the model project of high-tech industrial park
upgrading, and it’s also the sample project of Investment and Financing System Innovation.
The base consists of 18 towers from 2 to 18 floors, the total occupied area is 123,000
㎡, building area is 620,000㎡, the base is formed by researching office, SOHO office,
apartment and commerce wing building.
